Wholesale Regional Business Manager Head Office

A full time permanent position has arisen for a Regional Business Manager in the South of England.

Working 37.5 hours per week Monday – Friday.

As a Regional Business Manager you will be responsible for the footwear sales within the wholesale business channel into select independent footwear stores, garden centres and department stores, as well as prospecting for new business in the South region.

You will work towards delivering sales targets and objectives while also contributing to the overall wholesale channel strategy.

  Role & Responsibilities:

 

·         Responsible for full client relationship management
·         To have the ability to build good customer relationships which are profitable and commercial while also enhancing internal working relationships with all departments.
·         To be responsible for client retention through a combination of forward selling appointments (securing the range selection in advance of each season) and then in season inventory monitoring and benchmarking activity to maximise sell through
·         To develop sales and margin growth through active promotion of cross-selling and account development to existing clients
·         To ensure delivery of product to customer agreed service levels
·         To deliver accurate and timely budgeting, forecasting and analysis
·         To maintain accurate client data
·         To oversee the management of client orders and stock levels
·         To initiate corrective actions in the event of non-conforming activities within the account
·         To oversee the management of outstanding debts
·         To carry out management, training and development of store staff within key account customer base
·         To build additional sales through organic growth and cross-selling opportunities
·         To promote a positive and professional image of the “Hotter” brand at all times adhering to company policies procedures and standards
